Absolutely. We encourage you to dominate your market! This includes adding additional shiny, organized vans and expanding your routes. Our Field Operations Team is here to coach you on maximizing your current market before you look to expand into new areas.
Your journey begins with an 8 to 12-week training program, including hands-on sessions at The Junktion (our head office), online learning, and in-field experience. We ensure you are fully prepared to deliver the exceptional service Shack Shine is known for.
Yes! You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Your Field Operations Manager will be with you in the field throughout your first year. We also offer webinars, in-person training, and peer-to-peer coaching to ensure you stay professional and ahead of the curve.
