Ciaran’s journey with Shack Shine began in 2014 as a door-to-door marketer in Vancouver. After sharpening his leadership skills as a franchisee with College Pro Painters, he eventually came full circle, returning to lead the Shack Shine team as an owner four years later.
With a decade of experience in youth work, Ciaran is passionate about more than just sparkling windows; he’s dedicated to mentoring his team and providing young people in British Columbia with meaningful employment opportunities. For Ciaran, Shack Shine is a vehicle for personal growth and community impact.
When he isn’t helping homes look their best, Ciaran is a devoted husband and father. He also serves on the board for Rock Solid Refuge, a residential therapy program helping young men overcome addiction.
Pedro Uahib Jr.
Pedro’s journey with Shack Shine began in 2020 after a chance meeting with Ciaran at a Vancouver coffee shop sparked a new business partnership. With a background in Business Administration and Economics, Pedro spent years in the financial sector as an investment advisor and broker before making the leap into entrepreneurship.
Today, Pedro has traded the world of banking for the world of house detailing. He is passionate about building a business where high-quality service meets community impact. Under his leadership, the team served over 1,500 happy customers in Vancouver last year alone. For Pedro, the goal is simple: provide a world-class experience for homeowners while helping his team develop the skills and confidence to lead.
